The on-site opportunity involves working with a team of engineers and technical staff to investigate and design building technology systems for public and private clients, primarily in the healthcare, municipal, higher ed, K12, and government market sectors. Systems to be designed include but are not limited to structured cabling, access control, video surveillance, intercom, nurse call, audio/video, sound masking, and DAS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A two-year Technology degree or B.S. in engineering is desired.
2 or more years’ experience actively designing telecommunication, and security systems.
Possess knowledge of Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards and Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) best practices.
Construction industry experience helpful but not required.
