Job Description: The Office of Residence Life at SUNY Fredonia seeks qualified candidates for the position of Residence Director (SL-2) with a start date of August 1, 2023.  It is confirmed that 1 position will be available for 2023 - 2024, and it is possible that additional vacancies will occur.  Residence Directors are 12-month, full-time staff members who are entrusted with the transformation of a mere physical structure of a residence hall into a vibrant community with safety, academic success, civility, and connection at its forefront.  Residence Directors supervise talented undergraduate Resident Assistants, facilitate conduct reviews with students alleged to have violated college policy, and work with our Department of Facilities Services to ens
