Job Duties: Monitor data center infrastructure including chillers, air/water flow systems, air conditioning, water alarm, fire alarm, security panels, generators, UPS, etc. Monitor the enterprise systems servers, storage, applications, and networking services and escalates for higher level support when needed. Provide day-to-day monitoring, management and troubleshooting of data center information and management systems. Demonstrate a sense of urgency when dealing with customer problems in a timely manner. Assisting customers may involve answering help desk calls, entering help desk tickets, or interacting with vendors, programmers, or system administrators as customers experience difficult
