Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Residential Operations, the Assistant Director is responsible for providing supervision and management for multiple areas of University housing, supervision of undergraduate and graduate student staff, along with coordination for early arrival, winter and spring break periods. CORE DUTIES:  Directly supervises the Graduate Assistant for Residential Operations Recruit, train, hire, supervise, and evaluate undergraduate and graduate student office staff. Oversees the University Commons residential area and provides program and operational support to students living in area Ability to manage and make decisions regarding student housing operational processes in a studen
