What you’ll be doing...
The Pega Lead Decision Architect (LDA) is the technical anchor of our growing Decisioning practice across Prepaid Logic Execution and Pega Platform Evolution. The role will partner closely with Prepaid CRM, Business Intelligence, GTS, and external vendors to understand the Business requirements and translate them into world-class Decision Logic. The Lead Decision Architect will interface with key stakeholders to promote the platform and unlock profound new capabilities in our Marketing stack. This role will primarily be responsible for
Creating the decisioning architecture (Decision Logic/Strategy Logic) which integrates seamlessly with complex technical stacks.
Providing technical leadership on decision architecture and best practices on the Pega platform.
Leading and sharing decision architecture knowledge with senior decision architect.
Designing core decisioning logic for real time marketing decisioning platform based on business requirements.
Designing and configuring rules, flows, propositions, and Decision Logic. Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of Pega end to end implementation experience in Logic Design.
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Pega PRPC version 7 or higher, BPM, or UI experience.
Certifications: CSA, CPDC.
Certifications: CSSA, CPMC, CPBA.
Seven or more years of Pega Decisioning experience.
Technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
Prior experience in a Telecom, Cable, or Banking/Finance.
Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills.
A good understanding of integration with an enterprise multi-tier application.
