What you’ll be doing...
The prepaid CRM team is a part of the Prepaid Marketing Team within Verizon’s Consumer business unit. Our mission is to reduce churn, provide insights that facilitate easy, personalized interactions between Verizon and it’s customers and increase customer engagement. Our North Star is the customer experience. As part of the Verizon prepaid marketing team you will be responsible for supporting the program management of service offer propositions, experience enhancements and decisioning capabilities evolution to ensure our programs stay on track for delivery. The Prepaid Pega Solution Architect will support our decisioning practice as a Pega Capability promoter and Decision Logic Project Shepherd. The role will partner closely with Prepaid CRM team, Business Intelligence, and GTS to find optimization opportunities, develop use cases, and orchestrate logic design, development and unit testing, logic troubleshooting and guide decision logic projects to completion.
Creating the decisioning architecture (Decision Logic/Strategy Logic) which integrates seamlessly with complex technical stacks.
Providing technical leadership on decision architecture and best practices on the Pega platform.
Designing core decisioning logic for real time marketing decisioning platform based on business requirements.
Designing and configuring rules, flows, propositions, and Decision Logic. Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working closely with the logic designer to implement business context knowledge, and work closely with the Lead Decision Architect on the overall Decision Architecture.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of total experience in an IT or Business function.
Five or more years of experience in an object-oriented programming language.
Two or more years in Pega Decisioning or BPM experience.
Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving.
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Pega PRPC version 7 or higher, BPM, or UI experience.
Certifications: CPDC, CSSA, CSA, or CPMC.
Prior experience in a Telecom, Cable, or Banking/Finance.
Experience as a Platform promoter.
Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills.
A good understanding of integration with an enterprise multi-tier application.
