The Payments Control Enhancement Program (PCEP) team which is a multi-year, highly visible and one of the top programs in the bank.
Accountable to execute front to back divisional change programs, ensuring strong governance with clear reporting and developing a deep understanding of the subject matter.
This role will play a key part in the delivery of strategic applications in Payments area that are used by various business groups within Credit Suisse.

End User Support Services (EUSS) is a Global organization, and we are responsible for providing a High Touch desktop support team, who provides customer focused, responsive domain expertise across all banking divisions, Executives, Board of Directors, Global Markets Investment Banking, IBCM and Wealth Management. Also providing a Site Operations team which specialize & are responsible for Hardware Support, Managed Printer Services, Desktop Cabling, Meeting room support and Mobile Voice Recording support.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
12-15 years of change-management experience in a financial services environment and/or experience involving in projects from the business perspective; experience in leading IT or change project teams with hands-on leadership, ideally for at least 7-8 years
Consistent record in inspiring change and delivering IT implementations
Proficiency of banking operations processes and products (preferably across business divisions) changes can be of an advantage, but not mandatory
Experience with IT oriented projects, user requirements development and testing
Experience in various different software lifecycle and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Devops
Experience working for a large, international corporation and comfortable working in a complex matrix organization
Results-oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
Demonstrate strong analytical and innovative problem solving capabilities
Outstanding business partner management skills in the interactions with various internal business partners across different seniority levels
Higher education degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or any related field
Strong background in software engineering, combined with knowledge in Private Equity, Fund of Funds or Investment Solutions such as Fund management businesses
Good knowledge in IT architecture, Dev-Ops and agile practices
PMP, PMO Certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner or other Project Management Certifications
Expertise in Payment Domain with exposure to SWIFT MT, MX/ISO20022 formats messages, working of various clearing systems, cross-border payments, etc
Proficient in various aspects of International Payment Processing and SWIFT Message types 101, 103, 202, 210, 900, 910, 199, 191, 192, 196, 204, 205 etc.
Good knowledge of APIs, Kafka, Sanctions, Risk filter & Payment security.
