Overview: Management Science Associates, Inc. We are currently seeking a Client Service Analyst II to become a member of our Media Post Buy Services team. A thirst for knowledge will enable the candidate to learn the ever changing business of the Media industry. This position includes managing data processes as well as interacting with diverse clients, data suppliers, and internal MSA teams. The ideal candidate will help to ensure the quality of all deliverables as well as providing project management of client requests from start to finish. Experience working with at least some low level data-sets and a desire to troubleshoot client issues are also necessary skills for this position. In order for a candidate to be successful in this position, they must be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task. This position will be a key player on a team of seasoned professionals, in a mature business that has been growing for over 30 years.
