CTAM is seeking a freelance Digital Project Manager to support a national, award-winning digital marketing campaign targeted towards residential movers. The selected individual will partner with the CTAM Mover team, digital media, and creative design agencies and CTAM corporate members to manage end-to-end execution of a digital media campaign.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in a project manager role, preferably managing digital media campaigns. Experience working with online collaboration platforms like Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Monday or similar is a must. The individual should have experience collaborating in a matrix environment. This role requires close coordination of cross-functional activity with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work directly with CTAM television network members to receive creative assets as per specs and share with the design agency.
Coordinate with the creative design agency to ensure creative mock-ups and landing page are designed and shared with the network in a timely fashion. Share any network feedback with the design agency and ensure it is incorporated into the revisions.
Partner with VP Consumer Marketing to ensure quality creative and optimal message strategy.
Partner with the digital media agency to ensure the ads go live the date the network requested, and the ad is taken down at the end of run date.
Ensure network brand guidelines are adhered to during the design and development of ads and any creative guidelines are communicated to the creative design agency.
Track and report on digital media campaign performance with the CTAM team on a weekly basis and develop monthly or quarterly reports for the networks.
Partner with the CTAM team and creative and digital media agencies to:
Develop a creative testing roadmap and oversee execution.
Analyze performance data and provide recommendations.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
3-5+ years of work experience in project management, especially digital campaigns
Experience working with or at digital media and creative design agencies; prior agency traffic/or account management experience preferred
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced marketing environment
Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders
Bring a passion for helping create “best-in-class” marketing programs that leverage data, insights, and innovations within the industry
Demonstratable experience working with industry tools and analytics packages
Strong analytic skills and an ability to grasp complex data and reports
Proven ability to drive results in a competitive environment
Exceptional project management skills
Ability to work independently to accomplish business objectives
Collaborative approach – ability to build relationships and influence matrix resources
Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic mindset
Excellent written, oral skills, with an ability to articulate meaning clearly

Additional Salary Information: This is a freelance/contractor position requiring 10 to 12 hours of work per week. Fee-based hourly rate to be paid commensurate with experience
