| THE COMPANY Restoration Parts Unlimited (“RPUI”), is a Dubin Clark & Northstar Capital investment platform company in the Automotive Aftermarket (Classic Car Restoration, Performance and Modification) segment which owns five restoration brands supplying parts and accessories to wholesale dealers and consumers. The Company consists of four independent operating companies/businesses who operate in factories located in/near the following locations: - Parts Unlimited Inc. (“PUI”) La Grange, KY (near Louisville, KY)

- The Right Stuff Detailing Westerville, OH (northeast of Columbus, OH)
The objective of RPUI is to provide a “best-in-industry operating model”, develop and manufacture automotive restoration products, coupled with outstanding service to our customers at a profitable growth and excellent return on investments. For 25 years, The Right Stuff Detailing has been manufacturing and distributing brake and fuel systems for classic cars. We specialize in disc brake conversions, pre-bent brake lines, fuel lines, transmission lines, gas tanks, master cylinders, brake boosters, emergency brake cables & upgrades, and chassis & suspension components. We cover all makes and models of classic American muscle cars including General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler. Trim Parts, Inc. manufactures GM-licensed restoration parts for Chevrolet and other GM cars and trucks, along with Mopar-licensed restoration products for Dodge, Chrysler, and Plymouth vehicles. We are dedicated to manufacturing the highest quality products offered in the restoration industry. We use the original GM tooling under licensing from GM, when tooling is available. Otherwise, Trim Parts engineers and builds tooling to meet the original GM Specifications and Trim Parts Quality. THE POSITION The Business Unit Manager of TRSD/TP (“the business”) leads and directs the businesses through a team of functional managers and supervisors. Key goals include: - Meet or exceed revenue and profitability (EBITDA) expectations
- Continuously meeting or exceeding customer needs in service, quality, reliability and ‘product value’
- Execute the strategic and annual business plan
- Build and direct an engaged team
The TRSD/TP Business Unit Manager is one of the senior leaders of RPUI and as such will work, coordinate, and communicate with peers and other senior functional leaders in the Company to help ensure the company meets its objectives and goals. The TRSD/TP Business Unit Manager will report directly to the President of RPUI. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute the strategic plan for the TRSD/TP businesses
- Responsible for developing annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts
- Ensure continuous improvement by initiating and executing projects to identify, address, and improve KPI performance (revenue, margins, EBITDA, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, inventory and working capital)

- Monitor and make improvements to KPIs to ensure top line growth, service performance to customers, quality, safety, and profitability
- Work with finance, operations, and supply chain personnel in analyzing and implementing actions to improve profitability

- Improve employee engagement and effectiveness by hiring and developing talent and selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling talent and providing educational opportunities
